Die-casting for high precision and finish

Die-casting is a process in which molten metal, usually aluminum or zinc, is injected under high pressure into a mold. The main advantages of the method are a minimal need for subsequent machining, a very good surface finish and a high tolerance accuracy. This makes die-casting an excellent choice for complex parts in large series where precision is crucial.

Tool construction

A high-quality steel mold is designed and manufactured to exactly match the part's specifications and withstand the high pressure.

Molding

Molten metal is injected into the mold under high pressure using our die-casting machines of up to 3000 tons.
Number three in a dark blue color with a simple, stylized design.

Cooling & Unpacking

The detail cools and solidifies quickly inside the mold before being automatically removed, ready for the next step.

The finished part undergoes a rigorous quality control to ensure that all dimensions and surface requirements are met before delivery.

Examples of

A metal component in silver color, with a cylindrical shape and a bracket widening. It has a smooth surface and three recesses for mounting. The design of the component suggests that it may have function as part of a mechanical device or machine.
A gray, flat component with a round opening in the middle and four screw holes. It has a tapered part on one side, giving it a specific shape and function. The surface is smooth and without visible marks.
Two plastic containers lie on a gray surface. One is silver and flat, with a depressed center section and a hole in the middle. The other is gray, considerably thicker, with a raised center section that also has a central hole. Both containers have sharp edges and are designed to fit together.
