Cold forming for large series

Cold forming is an ideal production method for high-volume parts with customized tolerances. The process involves machining a wire in several stages into a finished product. We also offer downstream processes such as threading, hardening and surface treatment if required, as well as the possibility of sorting down to 10 ppm for the highest quality requirements.

We evaluate your design and requirements to ensure that cold forming is the most optimal and cost-effective method for your product.

Tool construction

Custom forming tools are engineered with high precision to exactly match part specifications.

Cold forming

The material is fed as wire and formed step by step in our up to 7-step machines into finished parts under continuous monitoring.

Finishing & Delivery

The details undergo any finishing such as threading or hardening, followed by final inspection and delivery according to your wishes.
