It shows that we have order and clarity in our processes. Customers know what to expect - and that we deliver at a consistent and reliable level.

How do you ensure quality throughout the process, from supplier to finished product?

Through clear requirements, close cooperation with our suppliers and continuous monitoring along the way.

What in your work are you most proud of today, and why?

That quality is a natural part of culture and something everyone takes responsibility for.

Looking ahead five years, what areas will 2B focus on to continue to develop and grow?

To continue to develop without losing our foundation. To become sharper, more efficient and always a little better in everything we do.
