I have worked here twice - for a total of 8 years: 4 years, then a short break and now another 4 years. That is a very good rating!
Can you describe what a typical working day looks like for you?
We work on a rolling schedule, which means that the work varies as shown below:
- 2 weeks order picking
- 1 week packing/assembly
- 1 week on pack
In addition, I also help with printing and laundry. In order picking, we print order lists, pick up items, pack according to the customer's wishes, write delivery notes and book transportation. In packing/assembly and bagging, we work according to production orders. Loading and unloading trucks is also part of our duties.
What is most important to you in terms of quality?
Getting it right - the right item, packed right, and on time. Order and tidiness are key.
What detail makes the biggest difference to efficient warehouse work?
That there is structure. When everything is where it should be and easy to find - then everything flows much more smoothly.
What's the best thing about working at 2B - and in the warehouse?
The teamwork! The coworkers and cohesion across 2B Best Business is really something special here.
Finally, is there anything about 2B that you would like to highlight as a success factor?
It's probably our rolling schedule in the warehouse! It means that everyone learns all the steps and we can help each other where needed. It creates both variety and security in the work - and is a big part of why we can always deliver with such high quality as we do.
